  • Click on the Forgot Your Email Address tab?

  • Ensure that donotreply@mcafee.com is on your safe senders’ list to prevent McAfee .com/activate emails from going straight to the Spam folder.
  • For getting a new email, repeat the entire Reset your password process from there.
  • Click on the link in the new email that you receive for resetting your password.
